Pork ribs in tomato sauce recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg of pork ribs
- 2 cdas of vegetable oil
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 400 g Of canned crushed tomato
- 2 cdas sugar
- 2 cdas of Apple Cider Vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cdta Paprika
- Fresh parsley

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper and cook them in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the pork ribs from the pan and place them on a plate. Add the onion and garlic to the same pan and cook until soft. This will enhance the flavor of the sauce.
Add the crushed tomato, sugar, apple cider vinegar and put them in the pan. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Return the ribs to the pan, coating them well with the sauce. Cook over low heat for an hour and a half until the meat is tender and falls off the bone easily.
Just before serving, sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top.
