Rhyme syrup
Yarrow syrup is a natural remedy for colds, sore throats and other viral illnesses. It is an excellent source of vitamin C and acts as a decongestant. Moreover, its taste is pleasant and refreshing, so you can use it as a natural additive in tea or other beverages.
Ingredients
- 200 g Rhyme leaves
- 1 l Waters
- 1 kg sugar

Wash the rhyme leaves and leave them to dry.
Pour water into a large pot and bring it to a boil.
Put the leaves of the yarrow into the boiling water and boil for about 10 minutes.
Remove the glaze from the heat and allow to cool.
Once cooled, strain the broth into another pot and add the sugar.
Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and let it simmer slowly for about 30 minutes.
Pour the finished syrup while still hot into sterilized jars and seal.
