The rolled turkey breast is a classic Hungarian dish that we prepare with finely chopped, spice-enhanced stuffing. This recipe is simple and fast, ideal for weekday dinners or special occasions.
Ingredients
Turkey breast
- 1 pc Whole turkey breast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tsp Dried Rosemary
Filling
- 100 g mushroom
- 1 pc onion
- 150 g smoked bacon
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash the turkey breast, then pat it dry and salt it. Rub the garlic and rosemary into the meat.
Making stuffing: Chop up the onion and mushroom. Dice the bacon and fry it in a pan. Add the onion and mushroom, then season with salt and pepper.
Place the turkey breast on the stuffing, roll it up and pierce it with a meat needle. Put it in a baking dish, pour a little oil over it and bake for about 90 minutes, until the meat is browned.
Serving: Slice the rolled turkey breast and serve it with fresh vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!
