1. Step

For the sauce mix, use a bowl and mix sesame oil, chilli garlic sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and 2 Tbsp of water. Whisk well.

2. Step

Season steak generously with salt and pepper. Add cooking oil to a frying pan over medium heat. Add steak and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

3. Step

In a bowl, add rice noodles, sauce mixture, cucumber, and cilantro in a large bowl. Toss all together.

4. Step

Add steak to the top of the noodles and sprinkle peanuts over the dish.
