In a bowl mix soy sauce, sugar, mirim, corn syrup, chopped garlic, ground pepper and sesame oil. Mix well. Add the meat to the bowl of sauce. Mix well. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.

Add the marinated meat to the frying pan and leave on medium heat. Leave meat untouched until juices and sauce come out.
