- 200 g zucchinis
- 70 g To us gold
- 70 g Cheddar Parmesan
- 125 g mozzarella
- 1 sour cream
- 1 egg
- fresh herbs

1. Step
I used a baking dish size 21x14cm
2. Step
We will spread the dough with Priordei Slovakia olive oil.
3. Step
At the bottom we put slices of zucchini and on top of that slices of mozzarella.
4. Step
Next comes another zucchini, you can cut it into wheels, strips or you can even grate and squeeze it.
5. Step
The layer of Edam cheese goes next. In a bowl, we mix the egg, spices, herbs, and cream and pour it over the Edam.

The last layer is cheddar cheese.
7. Step
Put it in a preheated oven and bake at 180 for 45 minutes or as needed until golden. It depends on the thickness of the zucchini.
8. Step
Instead of zucchini, you can use pumpkin, sweet potatoes, or even potatoes.
