Chestnut Gingerbread
Gingerbread made from chestnut puree
Ingredients
- 400 g semi-coarse flour
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Tea Sodium bicarbonates
- 1 packing Of gingerbread baking powder
- 3 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread spices
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon apple puree
- 200 g chestnut puree
- 2 egg
- 100 g Hot chocolate
- a Grated chocolate on top of the jam
- olive oil

Whisk the eggs with sugar.
2. Next, add milk, oil, puree and stir.
3. Next, we add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices and mix thoroughly.
4. Finally, we add the chopped chocolate.
5. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
Bake at 200/15 minutes or as needed
Spread the jam on it while it's still warm and sprinkle with chocolate
