Delicious apple pie thermomix
Apple pie is one of my favorite desserts, and my thermomix makes the process much faster and easier. The apple adds a special touch that makes this tart a perfect choice for any occasion, from a simple snack to a celebration. And best of all, it's so easy to make with the Thermomix.
Ingredients
- 4 Large apples
- 250 grams sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 80 grams butter
- 100 grams of flour
- 1 cdta Of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Meanwhile, peel the apples and remove the core. Cut them into thin slices and add the lemon juice to prevent them from oxidizing.
Place the sugar in the Thermomix and blend 10 seconds at speed 9 to obtain powdered sugar. This will make the texture of the cake even better.
Add the butter and eggs to the Thermomix and blend for 2 minutes on speed 3 until smooth and creamy.
Add the flour and yeast and beat for 15 seconds on speed 3. Don't worry if the mixture looks a little lumpy. This is what it should look like.
Pour the mixture over the apples in a greased tart pan. Use a spoon to spread the mixture evenly over the apples.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180°C. The cake should have a beautiful golden color when ready.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving. A little hint, this cake is even more delicious if served with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
