- 200 g spaghetti
- 2 a piece zucchini
- 200 g grated cheese
- 1 a piece onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts black pepper

1. Step
We cook spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
2. Step
In the meantime, on a pan with olive oil, sauté finely chopped onion and garlic until it starts to smell.
3. Step
We add grated zucchini and simmer for a few minutes until the zucchini softens slightly.
4. Step
We season with salt and pepper and add grated cheese. Mix until the cheese is completely melted.
5. Step
Drain the cooked spaghetti, add it to the pan, and mix it with the zucchini mixture.
6. Step
Serve immediately, sprinkled with a bit of grated cheese.
