Yoghurt chicken cutlets

Chicken cutlets marinated in yoghurt sauce are the ideal main dish for any occasion.

  • 2 cups Unsweetened yoghurt Added to
  • 3 cloves garlic Added to
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika Added to
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Added to
  • Salt and black pepper for seasoning Added to

1. Step

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into slices. Season with salt and pepper and place in a bowl.

2. Step

In another bowl, mix the yogurt, crushed garlic, minced paprika and coriander.

3. Step

Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken cutlets and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally overnight.

4. Step

After marinating, remove the cutlets from the yoghurt and clean them a little of the unnecessary sauce.

5. Step

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden. Then lower the heat, cover the pan and cook them for another 10-15 minutes.
